We can provide you support, in your home, for you and your computer. We can also offer independent advice. Typical reasons that home computer users call us are:

There's a fixed call-out fee which includes a 1 hour visit. (applies to clients in 15 mile radius of us).

Alternatively you may bring your PC to us for a service.

While many problems can be fixed in your home there are issues that require an overnight stay in our Shop.  In general, it is less expensive for you to make an appointment to bring your PC in to us. We do not need the monitor, mouse or keyboard only the PC box itself.
